Responsible for the Coordination, Implementation and build of the Geisinger Health Plan with AtlantiCare employees including network development and benefit design. Designed and implemented AtlantiCare Engaged Health plan, increasing engagement in health to 87%, reducing key biometric risks, and cost containment. Oversaw the conversion of our Health and Welfare benefits enrollment systems. Design and implemented an ERISAA 403(b) program for our 5000 plus employees. Managed all key executive qualified and non-qualified compensation programs. Designed and deployed a voluntary retirement incentive program.
