An Associate Director with a demonstrable record of creativity and achievement gained through a variety of different roles in complex companies within the global water industry. Considerable UK and international experience including creating and managing multimillion pound budgets, managing diverse teams and collaborations with government agencies, industrial partners and universities. Expertise includes strategy development, innovation, business development, project and programme management, people development, charity fundraising and charity governance. Digital Intelligent Brokerage (DIB): Creating a new Atkins service, the Digital Intelligent Brokerage, which created Innovation through the enhanced relationships between clients, Atkins and Small Medium Sized Companies. Developing Decision Support Tools: Developed and managed the team responsible for creating tools used by the UK Water Industry and Regulators in investment planning. Chemicals Investigation Programme: Atkins Programme Director: Collaborative research programme between UK environmental regulators, Defra, Ofwat and UK Water Industry. The largest programme of its type in the world. From conception of the scoping programme through to co-ordination of delivery of the £140m programme. Investigations include over 60,000 samples, one million chemical determinations and the demonstration of innovative treatment processes and Feasibility and Pilot Trials, five catchment studies.
