I am a natural born leader who brings over 20 years of management experience in the service industry. I began my career at Red Robin where I excelled quickly and became a General Manager for several different locations. I know how to lead and I am the person everyone turns to in times of stress. My customer service skills are unmatched by anyone else. I opened a Red Robin and set multiple records in doing so. I also became a successful leader in the optical world with Luxottica where I took 2 different stores to top results in sales and customer satisfaction numbers. I also became an area manager for Eyemed vision insurance where my area was the #1 team company wide with new accounts opened and customer satisfaction. My most recent position brings me to Target as the Executive Team Leader where I am in charge of all functions of the Retail Store in turning top profits.
