Ms. Sheridan is an accomplished GM and leader with nearly a decade of experience working in Retail and eCommerce. She is currently VP & GM, Growth Businesses for Athleta, a San Francisco based women’s and girls’ activewear brand. In this role, Ms. Sheridan leads the brand's high growth new businesses, including their fast-growing Girls division. Formerly at Athleta, Ms. Sheridan has also led teams across consumer insights, CRM/analytics, and customer loyalty & payments. During her tenure, the brand has grown significantly and surpassed $1Bn this year. Prior to joining Athleta, Ms. Sheridan worked as a management consultant at Strategy& (formerly Booz & Company) within their Retail and Consumer Practice. At Strategy&, she led growth strategy engagements for large Retail, Consumer Tech, and CPG companies across product strategy & merchandising, marketing & sales, pricing, and e-commerce. Ms. Sheridan holds an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University where she graduated Beta Gamma Sigma as well as a Bachelor of Science from the Marshall School of Business at the University of Southern California where she graduated Magna Cum Laude. Ms. Sheridan is also an avid athlete and health and wellness enthusiast. She's a certified fitness instructor and interests include: nutrition, innovations in health and wellness, sustainable design, renewable energy, and photography.
