Paul has a passion for data, problem-solving, building Business Intelligence (BI) capabilities, building scale through automation. In his previous role as Business Development Manager within the Equity Derivatives Business Development team at ASX, Paul leveraged his passion for data by providing the data analysis work for several Market Structure, Product and Service initiatives. He designed and built the business unit’s BI dashboard’s, automated the production of reports, and worked on marketing and educational initiatives. Paul has developed advanced skills in several areas, including SQL, R, VBA, Excel, Power Query (M), and continues to upskill, currently focusing on full-stack development, Python, SaaS connectivity, Microsoft's Power Platform & Azure. Paul is also passionate about DEI, having served as Co-Chair of ASX’s LGBTQI+ Employee Network Group ‘QASX’. In his spare time, you’ll find Paul working on his business INREACH Supports, a registered provider of Disability Supports & Services operating under the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS).
