Responsible for developing and managing BSEEN a £1.5 million externally funded student and graduate start-up project, in the West Midlands, since 2012. Established and manage the Aston Enterprise department, organising a programme of events,workshops and competitions to raise the profile of enterprise among students and graduates and to encourage the development of an enterprising mind-set. I am interested in connecting with people and businesses who share my passion for supporting young people to develop their enterprising and entrepreneurial skills. I have over ten years’ experience of engaging with employers and supporting students to secure work experience and improve their employability. I also have extensive corporate experience of target-driven recruitment, business development, marketing and advertising roles.
