Douglas H. Vitek is the Group Head of Asset Based Lending at Sunflower Bank. For Asset Based Lending his team is responsible for all aspects of origination, underwriting and portfolio management. Focus is on sourcing ABL revolvers and senior secured term loan facilities for companies with revenues of $15MM to $200MM+. Transaction sizes from $3MM to $65MM+. Sunflower Bank's ABL business works with businesses that are privately held, sponsor-owned and publicly traded. The ABL team enhances Sunflower Bank's ability to support & expand relationships with middle market businesses, investment banks, intermediaries, advisors, and other parties that serve the middle market. Doug has over 25 years of middle market and large corporate commercial finance experience with an extensive background in originations and relationship lending. During that time, he has demonstrated a strong track record of success at sourcing and closing commercial loans. His areas of expertise are asset based lending, cash flow lending, leveraged lending, structured finance, debtor-in-possession financing and restructurings. Doug holds a BA from Hamline University (St. Paul, MN) and a MBA from the Carlson School of Management, University of Minnesota.
