Most recently as VP of Learning & Performance with TAG The Aspen Group (formerly Aspen Dental Management, Inc), I lead the operational learning programs and strategy for all non-Dentist positions including Front Office, Dental Assistant, Hygienist, Laboratory Technician, and Field Management teams. An Operator turned Learning Professional, I developed a customized blended learning approaches to help key team members excel and delivering an exceptional patient experience, resulting in reduced turnover, and industry leading growth and performance in our affiliated practices. Programs supported consistent year over year same store growth, new location build outs, and company EBITDA goals.
