Critical business partner providing thought leadership and strategy execution of key business drivers resulting in a direct financial impact to both top line and operational excellence. Omni-channel: Inventory optimization, fulfillment strategies, point-of-sale technologies, and payment systems Site experience: UX, checkout, mobile app, digital wallet, personalization and loyalty. Process and delivery: Agile delivery, 3rd party integration, business driven KPI’s.
