I love helping others. Watching others succeed far outweighs any form of individual achievement. I also love solving problems. I loved math growing up and realized in college that technology can be leveraged to solve problems faster and more efficiently. And lastly, I love change, not change for the sake of change, but change in a way that makes things better. Standing still and accepting the status quo has never worked for me. My core beliefs: - Servant leadership: My team doesn't work for me, I work for them - Culture > Strategy: If you don't have a great team/company culture your strategy won't succeed - Continuous improvement: Always look for ways to improve, and never stop learning
