The Arthritis Foundation is the leading nonprofit organization dedicated to the prevention, control and cure of arthritis in the United States.

Over 25 years of human resources experience that includes employee benefits management, recruitment, HRIS management and employee relations at the corporate office of a national not-for-profit health organization with an annual budget of $150 million and over 450 employees working effectively cross-functionally and in high-pressure situations. In my current role at the Arthritis Foundation, I am responsible for the design, development, promotion, implementation and ongoing administration of a competitive employee benefits program. Specialties: Health, welfare and retirement plan administration. Extensive experience in employee relations, recruitment and payroll management.
