I am a regular speaker on organizational innovation including at the Lean Startup Conferences. I am co-author of Strategies for Innovation (Springer) about my framework "The Innovation Engine: Overcoming the Cultural and Organizational Impediments to Innovation at Scale" (Fall 2016). In 2014, I was appointed as adjunct professor at NYU's Stern School of Business to develop and teach a graduate level course in technology product management and innovation. Based on his methodology for building products in and transforming organizations of any size, students learn how to leverage small teams to iteratively build technology products that deliver outcomes for their users.
