Results driven with appetite for change and in-depth knowledge of continuous improvement, value engineering and business excellence methodologies with a proven track record in Lean process implementation and project/change management to achieve measurable cost reductions and operational efficiencies. Demonstrated ability and experience in indirectly influencing and leading cross-organizational and/or cross-functional teams, at all levels across multiple international geographies (US, Europe and Asia). Comfortable managing across the cultural differences that such teams incur to achieve required results.
