Oversee Human Resources function for organization, specifically in the area of Talent Development & Management, Acquisition, Employee Benefits, Payroll, HRIS and Security. Provide consultation and guidance to leadership of all levels on strategic staffing plans, compensation, succession planning, employee relations, development and performance management. Provide coaching and guidance to leaders and employees to ensure that work performance meets the interests, values and needs of employees and the company.
