Applied Systems Inc. was founded by an insurance agency owner named Robert Eustace. He had the idea to use personal computers and relational database technology to automate the day-to-day functions of the independent insurance agency. Our first product, TAM (The Agency Manager), was released in 1983.

I am a strategic talent development leader passionate about creating innovative learning solutions that drive business growth and development. I care deeply about people and have spent most of my life and career understanding what drives us as employees and humans. Throughout my career, I have honed my expertise in designing and implementing comprehensive talent development initiatives that align with organizational goals and drive employee engagement and retention. I have done this firsthand but developing my own leadership skills and create high-performing collaborative teams everywhere I go. I specialize in leadership, coaching, strategy and bring a unique perspective to my approach with a tie-in to Clinical psychology as well. In my current role, I collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify talent development needs and design solutions that meet those needs. I also coach and mentor individuals and teams to maximize their potential and achieve their professional goals. Driven by a deep understanding and constant curiosity about our shared experiences as humans, the latest trends, and best practices in development, I am committed to creating a culture of continuous learning and development. I'm always seeking new opportunities to expand my knowledge and stay ahead of the curve.
