I've been a catalyst for driving talent management through learning experience and performance outcomes in Sales, Operations, and Finance. As a learning content developer, I accelerate corporate strategy and measure to reach Kirkpatrick level four results. Currently I'm leading Organizational Learning at Applied, a team that pioneered one of the first Learning Record Store (LRS) applications to dynamically correlate learning competencies with business KPIs on SAP. As an early adopter of Watershed LRS, our team has received awards and attention in local and international learning circles, validating xAPI analytics and deep data as learning measurement tools. I act as a xAPI megaphoner and measurement advocate among corporate peers. As a L&D geek, I'm focused on achieving strategy alignment through learning experience. Currently micro-learning and measurement of engagement and coaching factors is at the forefront of my responsibilities. We're using SAP Jam as a social learning platform.
