Apollo Medical Holdings, Inc. (NASDAQ: AMEH) and Network Medical Management, Inc. has announced the successful completion of their merger.

Eric Chin is a results-driven, mission-oriented, accounting, finance, and operations executive with 20 years of progressive experience with SEC publicly traded companies across a range of industries, including healthcare services, real estate investment trusts (self storage, commercial, and lab/office), construction, technology, and consumer products. Eric previously served as the Chief Financial Officer at ApolloMed, a NASDAQ listed company and a member of the S&P SmallCap 600 from July 2018 to May 2022. He was responsible for leading the company’s finance and accounting transformation. Eric also served as Corporate Secretary since May 2019. He served as the Chief Financial Officer of Network Medical Management, Inc., one of ApolloMed’s largest subsidiaries, since March 2018. Eric served as ApolloMed's Interim Co-Chief Operating Officer from May 2020 to February 2021. Prior to joining ApolloMed, Eric served as the Controller/Head of Finance - Real Estate of Public Storage, a NYSE listed company and a member of the Fortune 500 and S&P 500. From May 2011 to October 2015, he served as the AVP - Financial Reporting of Alexandria Real Estate Equities, Inc., a NYSE listed company and a member of the S&P 500. Eric began his career at Ernst & Young, LLP in 2002. In his role as an Assurance Senior Manager at Ernst & Young, LLP, Eric provided assurance services to both publicly traded companies and private companies. In addition to providing audit and attestation services, he assisted clients with services related to equity offerings, debt offerings and technical research. Eric serves on the board of directors of the Chinese Chamber of Commerce of Los Angeles since his appointment in November 2020. He is a Certified Public Accountant and a Certified Healthcare Financial Professional. Eric received his Bachelor of Arts in Business/Economics with Accounting and Computing from UCLA. Eric also volunteers as a youth basketball coach, both promoting the overall health of children in the community and developing their leadership, teamwork, and public-speaking skills through participation in sports.
