I am an executive leader in HR and organisational transformation with 15+ years of experience throughout the Asia Pacific region, predominantly in Financial Services. I have a proven track record as a Strategic Advisor to senior executives, including CEO and Board level, in shaping and delivering workforce strategies to meet changing business requirements, leading complex change and transformation initiatives, enabling process excellence and efficiency, and building great teams across geographies. I am deeply passionate about the future world of work and improving the employee experience to enable people and teams to thrive to deliver great customer outcomes. My functional experience includes all facets of HR: Business Partnering, Talent and Performance Management, Leadership and Culture, Organisation Design, Recruitment, Learning. My experience also spans Strategy and Change Consulting, Business Operations including Offshoring and Digitisation and Cloud Technology. In my current role as Group GM, (Recruitment, Resourcing Mobility) I lead the Bank's strategy on EVP, attracting talent, recruitment, executive hiring, early talent development, allboarding, transition support and diversity and inclusion - leading a diverse team of ~200 people across 6 countries servicing all markets. I also lead the bank's flexibility policy in terms of how, where and when work is done, and work closely with the Executive Team to navigate the evolving landscape post COVID to develop solutions fit for ANZ. I’m a skilled communicator and speaker, contributing to industry through thought leadership at events and panels and I’m a director of ANZ Asian Subsidiaries and recent Victoria Chair of the College of Organisational Psychologists. An advocate of inclusion, I love to help a diverse range of people achieve what they don’t think is possible, coaching and mentoring them to success.
