I believe there's a perfect balance between business outcomes and the impact on people in every situation - on occasions I just takes a little more time or thought to get there. I try to find it, and influence leaders to do the same in every interaction. It's what makes what I do the most fun and satisfying. I get my kicks out of knowing I've added real value to the business, helping managers get the best out of people, and helping people achieve great things...all in one hit! Oh, and I'm most passionate about the Learning & Development space, it's my slant in the HR world at the moment and I'm loving every bit of it. ansarada is a great place for doing all of the above. We've won all kinds of awards for creating a place where people are highly engaged, solving fun and challenging problems, experiencing fast growth, and going above and beyond to step (or should I say leap) over hurdles.
