- Development large and mid-size companies, in different areas of finance activities, resulting in a broad experience in multinational companies such as: Industry, Distribution and Services. - Broad experience to be responsible for the following departments: accounting, treasury, accounts receivables/payables, import and export, IT, HR department and attorney outsourcing company. - Planning and development of strategies of short and log term, new investments. - Managing reports, with excellent knowledge in foreign currency translation and reporting according USGAAP and IFRS. - Knowledge in Brazilian GAAP, income tax and consolidated tax return. - Conducting company lectures related to accounting and income tax. - Broad knowledge in tax planning, auditing (internal and external) and internal controls, including cost assessment, working as cost supervisor, responsible for the whole inventory and cost controls. - Important approach with Financial Institutions in order to guarantee new lines of credit and investments. - Large experience in ERP systems (SAP, JDE) - International experience, due to several international travels on business to country as: Mexico, Brazil, Argentina, Colombia, UK... - Broad experience in Transfer-Price calculation, accounting and financial policies, as well as budgeting, forecasting and business plan
