Paul works for IBM's Global Business Services (GBS) Strategy & Operations practice area as a Managing Consultant specializing in Business Strategy, Operations, and Organizational Change Management. Paul's consulting experience spans Commercial and Public sector clients, and his project roles have covered topics in Strategic Planning, Risk Management, Organizational Change, Communication and Training Strategy, Enterprise Workforce Strategy, Social Business Strategy, and Enterprise Analytics. Paul is also active in business development efforts to deliver IBM solutions to future clients. Prior to IBM, Paul served in the US Army for over seven years as an aviation officer and Blackhawk helicopter pilot. His tenure in the armed services led him through deployments to Iraq and Afghanistan and a career as an operations and general manager. Paul ended his career in the military as a commander of a 350 soldier company and a project officer for the US Army Aviation Logistics School (USAALS). Paul holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University, a Master in Public Administration (MPA) from the Harvard Kennedy School at Harvard University, and a Bachelor of Science (BS) with a major in Mechanical Engineering from the United States Military Academy at West Point.
