I have over 22 years of experience as a consultant and an IT and Digital Leader. I started my career at 3Com, working for a number of years in Silicon Valley and then as a management consultant, with Ernst & Young, delivering technology and eCommerce solutions for leading global clients. Subsequently, I was the Global IT and eCommerce Director at Premier Farnell, where I delivered their digital technology platforms and led their global eCommerce business, growing revenue to 60% of total group sales.Since then, I have been the IT Director for Online at Sainsbury's before setting up, Kew3, focussed on exec level client facing CTO and Digital delivery roles roles covering eCommerce, mobile and social strategy combined with digital delivery responsibilities for a number of large corporates such as TMG, European Directories, New Look and Network Rail. As a founding director, I am now the Chief Tech & Talent Officer at AND Digital (and.digital)
