Dedicated goal oriented researcher with a background in Cellular Biology and a passion for bright colors (fluorescent molecules) with >20 years of flow cytometry experience, proficient in all aspects of flow cytometry. From Discovery to the Clinic, a flow cytometry expert, responsible for managing and operating corporate flow cytometry facilities. Discovering and maturing therapeutic antibodies, isolating and selecting high titer antibody secreting cells, developing novel cellular and fluorescence assays for Functional Biology, Translational Biology, plus antibody and small molecule characterization , screening small molecule compounds, and in-house training and supervision of researchers using flow cytometry technology. Pre-clinical and clinical flow cytometry studies looking at pharmacodynamics and receptor occupancy to elucidate MOA and efficacy.
