Based out of Superior, Wis., AMSOIL has been providing the Factory Connection team and hundreds of motocross/supercross riders with the finest synthetic lubricants since the company's inception. AMSOIL offers a complete line of synthetic lubricants, ranging from motor oils to gear lubes.

If experience is a teacher, then I am privileged to have experience in a wide range of teaching styles and effectiveness. This experience has equipped me with the necessary tools to be where I am today. My teachers include the military, the US Gov't, and the world of academia within the University system. These teachers have taught me a lot about being patient, doing the job for the greater good without the individual recognition, and how to deal with red tape and indecision. I grew up working on the farm, so hard work was the only option. Probably the most important and valuable teacher in my life. Working in a small family owned business helped me truly understand there is more to business than just a profit. I have worked for Fortune 100 and 200 Corporations. While in these roles I have experienced the thrill of growth with abundant capital available, and the tightening of the belt so tight we had to print on both sides of the paper -- twice! These teachers provided both good and bad teaching moments, and it was up to me to be able to tell the difference.All of this experience has taught me to appreciate what is really important in business. Success, growth and sustainability are givens. When it comes down to it, I really appreciate the ability to help the people I am responsible for to succeed and grow. In my current position as a leader I have the opportunity to set the goals of the team. More importantly, I have the responsibility to train them, equip them, and get out of their way. That is the only way WE will be successful.My background introduced me to a lot of great people, many of whom were mentors, yet just as many were mentees. I hope my background has prepared me for the future, but more importantly I hope I have left a positive wake in the minds of the people I have worked with while insuring success of the business overall.
