Amli Residential Properties, L.P. is primarily engaged in closed-end investments in real estate or related mortgage assets operating so that they could meet the requirements of the Real Estate Investment Trust Act of 1960 as amended. This act exempts trusts from corporate income and capital gains taxation, provided they invest primarily in specified assets, pay out most of their income to shareholders, and meet certain requirements regarding the dispersion of trust ownership.

I have built my career by taking on challenges and succeeding. I've been lucky to be part of dynamic growing companies which has led to exciting opportunities and challenges. I find that my most rewarding successes come as both a leader and business partner. As a leader, I've found it’s not by chance that successful teams are formed. It takes thoughtfulness, focused effort, and leadership. I've found that cultural shifts are the hardest, but the most important.
