Currently a production supervisor with McLane Co, in Ocala Fl. Managing a team of 70+ in a high speed, start up environment pushing expectations to become a top ranked warehouse in McLane Co. I have 9 years experience with Wal-Mart, I have worked various sales floor and management positions including: sporting goods associate, overnight stocker, inventory management specialist, overnight support manager, furniture/domestics department manager, lawn and garden department manager, and currently the produce department manager. I am attending the College of Central Florida for a Bachelor's degree in Business and Organizational Management. I have experience leading a team both through my experiences at Wal-Mart, as well as through the Boy Scouts of America as a Senior Patrol Leader and Eagle Scout.
