I lead world class technology teams across the world who build, integrate, and operate every piece of technology - more than 500 systems - that enable one of the premier wealth management companies in the world to operate at tremendous scale. We build, integrate and operate advisor facing tools including Salesforce, MoneyGuidePro, Naviplan, portfolio management, marketing, and practice management tools. My teams own all the technology that supports our Ameriprise bank, as well as all of our public and client facing technology. We also build, integrate and operate back-end technology that is among the highest volume and most critical in the company including our advisor data of record and distribution management technologies, as well as our data services platform which serves more than 4 billion transactions a month with world class availability and resiliency in AWS. My teams build, integrate and operate all our brokerage and service technologies, data lakes in AWS, as well as our wealth management enterprise architecture team. In addition, I led the buildout of our digital experience design capabilities that rival any consulting studio. I've been successful over my career by being an expert in maximizing the value a business gets from its technology investment, and by strategically directing that investment to drive the business forward. I've done this by understanding fundamentally what value looks like for a business, creating the right strategies, leading consistently excellent execution, and building high performing teams. I have the honor of leading over 1500 talented and dedicated people through digital, big data, client experience, advisor experience, and core operating efforts. My teams have led the company in our most cutting edge cloud tranformations. I'm responsible for more than $250M of annual spend including a $60M P&L.
