Starting as Tax Director with AMC, additional responsibilities were assumed culminating in the current leadership role as Controller. •Internal and External Financial Reporting. •All Aspects of Tax Function encompassing Federal, State, and Local Matters. •Treasury Management including cash management, debt compliance and accounts payable. •Payroll Function including administration of all incentive compensation plans and 401(k) plan. •Risk Management responsibilities for Property & Casualty program, safety training, and claims management. •Industry Knowledge: Tradeshows, Real Estate, Banking, and Franchising.
