Meghan, currently the US market president for Organon, has over 20 years of commercial leadership experience in the bio-pharmaceutical and digital therapeutics industries, focusing on General Management, Brand and Digital Marketing, Field Sales, Customer Engagement Strategy, Commercial Innovation, Business Development, Account Leadership, and Sales Operations. Meghan has worked with Forest Laboratories, Sunovion, Publicis, The CementBloc, Omnicom, Boehringer Ingelheim, AMAG Pharmaceuticals and, most recently, Akili Interactive as Chief Marketing Officer and Head of Commercial. Well known as an industry expert in disruptive commercial strategies, Meghan has worked with sales, marketing and operations teams to develop and deploy a variety of successful and transformative go to market strategies for products from the pre-launch phase to maturity period. Meghan has been honored as an inductee to MM&M's Hall of Femme, was honored as an HBA Woman of the Year Rising Star, and named a PM360 ELITE Transformational Leader. She has been called on as a keynote speaker, panelist and co-chair of several industry conferences including SXSW, Massachusetts Conference for Women, Digital Pharma East/West, ePharma, and the Veeva Summit. She has also been asked to judge both leading industry awards (MM&M) as well as prestigious awards outside industry (4A's, Effies) Meghan served as general manager of the Women's Health commercial business unit at AMAG Pharmaceuticals, leading the launch of their flagship product - Vyleesi, and overseeing sales and marketing teams across the portfolio. In 2020, Meghan joined Akili Interactive as a part of their executive team and head of commercial, and was responsible for leading the go to market strategy for the first-ever FDA cleared video game platform to treat cognitive impairment overseeing the sales, marketing, commercial operations, innovation, market access, distribution and information systems functions. In March of 2022, Meghan was appointed president of the US market for Organon, responsible for all commercial activities across the expansive product portfolio.
