Alter Domus Limited is an accounting firm that provides tax compliance, consolidation, administration and accounting, statutory audit, and liquidation services.

I started my career as an auditor with PwC working in several locations mainly in Malta, Milan and Luxembourg. In 2010, I joined Alter Domus where then my career has evolved to be focused on building, growing and running a successful financial services activity as part of a global organisation. In fact, till March 2023, I headed Alter Domus in Malta which now employs over 200 professionals with over 600 clients most of which come from Europe in particular the Benelux region. As from 2015, I set up a separate business in real estate and flexible office space space (Business Office Services International). This was one of the first of its kind in Malta back then. Today the business centre services more than 2 000 square metres which are fully occupied. In 2017, I was engaged on the conceptualising and develop a new project of 12 000 square metres of office and retail space (Avenue77.com.mt). The project is now nearly complete with 75% occupancy and within the EUR 30 m budget. I have now decided to focus my efforts on assisting clients as a non-executive director and advisor for asset managers, investment funds, financial institutions and family offices.
