Bill serves as CEO of The Gordian Group, the leading provider of innovative construction data, software and services to organizations pursuing efficient and effective construction planning, estimating and procurement. Through its acquisition of RS Means in 2014 and Sightlines in 2015, The Gordian Group draws on its highly specialized engineers, software and unique proprietary data sets to solve the construction information, planning and management needs of clients involved in building construction and facilities management. As CEO of American Lawyer Media (ALM) for 14 years, Bill built significant enterprise value for the company’s private equity investors while transforming a traditional legal publishing business into a powerhouse provider of research information and workflow tools. Bill serves on the boards of MultiView, Inc., a leading provider of digital advertising solutions for those targeting B2B markets, and iCopyright, a provider of content monetization services to publishers and bloggers. He is also past chairman and board member of both American Business Media and Probono Net.Bill is a graduate of Harvard College and has an MBA from Harvard Business School.
