I have spent my entire career in service-based industries including management consulting for one of the Big Four, legal services for a global elite law firm and the leading Tech, Life Sciences, Private Equity, and Real Estate law firm, and internet and communications services for one of the world's leading communications companies. In my most recent role, I'm focused on U.S. legal business strategy and operations and non-U.S. legal services for a fast-growing organization within my second Big Four firm. My roles have focused on increasing revenue, improving client retention, deepening client relationships, and leading teams. I thrive in fast-paced environments and I love making a real difference — coming up with creative solutions, motivating a team to do their best, developing new strategies and driving execution. I enjoy trying new things and I’m always learning. I flourish in roles that require strong interpersonal skills and relationship building. I earn trust quickly. I'm a huge fan of technology. It’s a real passion of mine, and I’m always excited to try and experiment with new technologies that help us to do our jobs better. I’m intrigued by consumer-based technologies, too. I’m typically an early adopter (and the one that ends up explaining all these technologies to colleagues, family and friends) and find a way to utilize these technologies in the workplace.
