Over my career I have adapted rapidly to a variety of technologies and challenges, from managing Y2k programmes to IP-VPN and MPLS, on each occasion acquiring a depth of knowledge that has now built into a great breadth of knowledge. My guiding principles are honesty and integrity. Early in my work career I used the surname "Pack", as did my father and grandfather.
