I am a serial entrepreneur who has always focused on being true to my team and myself, trusting my instincts and believing in the power of teams and growing my own phenomenal people who come from very diverse backgrounds. As the founder and CEO of AMS (Alexander Mann Solutions) over 23 years, I am very proud of the way my team and I have built an amazing, inspiring and high growth world class business. Now operating in over 90 countries, we work as trusted advisors to a wide of range of blue chip customers based on the belief that people are the foundation of success. I became the Chair of AMS after the sale to OMERS for in 2019. From my eureka moment in 1996 spotting the huge market opportunity to outsource recruitment, we have now built a leading global talent management solution business blending powerful insight, innovation, operational excellence and great people to partner with our clients to deliver impactful outcomes. Our success has been built on an unwavering focus on values I hold very dear: authentic, passionate, distinctive and brave. On a personal note, I am passionate about diversity and youth employability: two agendas I believe are absolutely critical to the future of organisations and the world in general. I am heavily engaged in numerous charity and governmental organisations, which support these agendas.
