Experience interacting with the media. Experience negotiating policy changes with stakeholders and legislators, contract terms with contractors and grantees, and program terms with staff and stakeholders. Public Administration: 30 years of experience in state government budget development, financial management, personnel management, public procurement, IT management, executive-legislative branch interaction, and state-federal government interaction.
