SKILLS & EXPERIENCE: Leadership: Led $100 million, 500 employee public agency through multiple transitions in administration, a major reorganization, and cycles of budgetary growth and contraction. Served on organizational executive leadership teams for 20 years. Designed and led numerous strategic and operational planning projects for organizations (such as the Division of Public Health), systems (such as Alaska’s health care system), and special initiatives (such as the public health law project).
