I started my career with an NCB within the booming era of the Self Services Banking in Saudi Arabia. Starting in a financial institution was my inspiration to new IT/services technology. Where serving customers, with up to date services with best available technology, is the aim of the institution. My endeavor had many managerial as well as systems implementation experiences that have made me a well-rounded Project Management professional. Working in a large size finical institution gave me the opportunity to decide changing my long-term career objectives. With 15+ years of experience in Project Management and Business Technology, Alternative channels and banking, my end role in the NCB bank was Head Quality and Performance in Retail Banking Sector, before that I worked as the Head of ATM. As a Vise President Ready-mix comity in Jeddah chamber of commerce, I worked with a team to build a strong environment to reach the ready-mix concrete industry to be in secondary level through applying the highest standards, overcoming the obstacles and quality to ensure sustainability. I returned again to work in the technology and payments sector through Alhamrani universal, and I started by developing the relationship between the NCB and the company and upgrading the services to the higher level. Soon the tasks increased and I became managing the relationship with all the company's clients in the western region , and now in less than two years I aim to move the company to the level The highest through customer relationship management, sales development and profitability.
