I currently drive product marketing and customer success efforts at Airtable.Previously, I was a consultant with McKinsey & Company in Chicago, where I worked primarily on tech/IT-based user experience and cost transformations in healthcare.The future belongs to those who want to build. I've seen it in many different contexts: personally (when I taught myself to program), with Chicago-area children (when I taught them to program), with frontline employees at large enterprises (at McKinsey and Palantir), in talented but strapped nonprofits (when we help them build their tech), with innovators of all types (today, at Airtable). We are all natural builders, and I love the moments when people begin to remember the magical feeling of building something that they can call their own.
