As the Vice President, Head of Product, at Gluskin Sheff, Florence is responsible for delivering innovative investment solutions to clients of all sizes and purposes, by building on a legacy of product design and innovation. Previously, Florence held increasingly senior roles at AGF Investments Inc, where she was most recently responsible for institutional business development and the overall strategic management of AGF investment suite, including product management and development, strategic market research. Prior to joining AGF, Florence worked at CIBC Wood Gundy and Fidelity Canada. While at Fidelity, she served as Director, Product Solutions, leading the charge on a number of notable product launches, then joined the firm’s institutional efforts as Director, Institutional Investments. Florence earned her MBA from the Rotman School of Management, continues to support his alma mater through her involvement in the UCAA Executive Committee, Principle's Advisory Committee, and most recently as a GATE Power Circle advocate. She is also a tremendous advocate for HotDocs, the Toronto Public Library, Canadian Chair of Made for Millions and a willing mentor (for CFA Institute, Women in ETFs, University of Toronto to name just a few).
