A Sustainability professional with experience in the energy sector internationally and domestically. My work has focussed on development and delivery of strategies relating to corporate social responsibility, climate change mitigation and adaptation, environmental and energy performance and in both California, Asia Pacific and Australia. The addition of experience in Indigenous engagement and philanthropic support has enabled me to link these elements, achieving broader benefits for companies, our partners and society. I am successful in bringing scientific thinking and rigorous project management to deliver sustainability outcomes. With experience working in complex organisations and with broad stakeholder groups, I enjoy both the development and delivery of strategies across cross functional groups and achieving outcomes which support society, employees and stakeholders. My natural style is collaborative and I enjoy problem solving and acting with autonomy to achieve strategic outcomes. I am also an effective communicator, with experience as a media spokesperson, and in the preparation of public materials and government submissions. My strengths in strategy development, project management, and communication enable me to both manage and action projects in a multifaceted way and I seek to use these skills in a way that will benefit people and society.
