I work extremely closely with an exceptional sales management team across Europe, developing and growing our sales offices, continually seeking opportunities to increase our reach across the region. I am fully involved with my teams on a day to day basis, understanding the needs of the business to ensure we build some of the fastest growing teams in our industry. I also work closely with each individual and their clients to make sure we are providing the best customer experience and developing a business built on long term client relationships. I also strive to deliver an environment based on trust and expertise which creates a rewarding experience for the staff in all of our European offices.
