I am a frequent speaker on topics ranging from the CEOs top business issues to attracting and retaining diverse executive talent to the impact of legislation including EU Data Privacy and US Pay Equity. I have led talks at global conferences from Japan to Brazil and places in between. I am the Executive Editor of AESC's Executive Talent Magazine and also a Contributor for the Forbes Human Resources Council where I cover executive talent challenges and opportunities.
