SENIOR ENGINEERING LEADER - I held several leadership roles heading engineering and product teams. owned several 1B+ product lines and portfolios and built many geographically distributed divisions of 250+ engineers for both emerging and scale businesses. BROAD SKILL SET - I have a very unique skill set of delivering both SW and HW products at all layers of Technology Stack, viz., Cloud SaaS and Mobile products at Application layer, embedded SW (protocols and OS features) in the middle layer and ASICs/HW at infrastructure layer. I owned and drove the complete SDLC (SW development life cycle) from concept to completion and sustaining. DOMAIN EXPERTISE - My expertise for the past 10+ yrs is in building cloud-native SaaS applications. My specific areas of expertise include Cloud security (ZTNA/SASE, NAC), Networking (SD-WAN, Switching Wireless, Routing), IoT, HPC and ASIC development. MAJOR ACCOMPLISHMENTS PRODUCT DELIVERY – Designed and delivered 3x award-winning SaaS product (ExtremeCloud IQ by CRN in 2020/2021/2022) supporting 50,000+ customers and concurrently managing 2M+ devices generating $120M+ ARR (Annual Recurring Revenues). BUSINESS LEADERSHIP – Founder of a Business Unit in Cisco (Smart Grid/IoT), built an engineering team of 100+ from ground up and helped growing revenues from zero to $380M+. ORGANIZATIONAL DEVELOPMENT – Executed a turnaround of an underperforming global team of 200+ into a completely agile and productive team. Improved SaaS release velocity from once in 3 months to once in 2 weeks, and improved quality by reducing CFDs by 5x, resulting in an acquisition.
