Adventist Health System (AHS) is a faith based medical health care organization. It serves through hospitals, nursing facilities and home care agencies. The organization, through its technologies and clinical research provide general medical care and specialized care for more than four million patients every year. AHS provides various healthcare services such as cardiology center, diabetes, behavioral health, orthopedics, wound care, women's services, neurosurgery, eye care center, family practice, geriatrics care, pain medicine, pediatrics, psychology radiology center, rehab and many others. It also includes urgent care centers, home health and hospice agencies, and skilled nursing facilities. AHS is headquartered in Winter Park, Florida, the US.

Jeremy provides strategic leadership at Adventist Health System. Drawing upon 16+ years of HR practitioner, leadership, and executive consulting experience, he works directly with the executive and leadership team to drive success in human capital outcomes, including organization effectiveness, performance, and top talent retention. His passion is to see humans achieve their full potential. His expertise and focus is on executive coaching regarding the strategic importance of aligning culture and accelerating human performance. In addition to his strategic leadership roles, Jeremy has designed and led successful employee mission trips to build medical clinics and schools in developing areas of Guatemala, Honduras, and Peru.
