Adthena LTD is an internet company which develops Competitor Intelligence, Competitive Intelligence Tools, SEM, Digital Analysis.

As CFO of Adthena I've raised over $30m for the company from HNWs including Mel Morris (of Candy Crush fame) and more recently a $14m raise from Updata Partners - an expert P.E. investor from Washington D.C - and an $7m facility from the Canadian Imperial Bank of Commerce. Working closely with our investors we've established ourselves as the premium Search Intelligence tool globally, with offices in Australia, America and the UK. This is underpinned by a sustainable business model delivering high double digit growth year after year - evidence of the value we deliver for our customers, as are the numerous awards we've picked up along the way in Europe and America. I've driven a model of religious adherence to principles of SaaS unit economics and business management that aligned us perfectly with Updata partners, who quite literally wrote the book on the subject. As well as being CFO, I run the European business as GM EMEA and have run the global Customer teams for over a year as we improved retention to our best ever results. I've also run the People team for 5 years as we grew from 15 to 150 staff, and orchestrated the shift in our APAC business to a profitable footing. In my time at Adthena we have increased EV and ARR by over 10x. Prior to Adthena I lead the financial and commercial delivery arms of the social media PMD 'Glow Digital Media' as we restructured the organisation before lining up for a successful sale to our European competitors ADTZ, resulting in the formation of what is now AdGlow. Life before Glow was as an auditor at KPMG, specialising in SMB and mid-market clients across all sectors with British, European and US clients, and qualifying with the ICAEW as a chartered accountant along the way.
