For more than two decades, I have proven my worth as a sales leader, trainer, and operations leader by accelerating sales growth while delivering unprecedented customer satisfaction in highly competitive market segments. Beyond my success in sales and relationship cultivation, I am known for my laser-sharp focus on meeting and exceeding customer needs to enhance the overall customer experience while attracting and retaining customers. In the past 18 years, I emerged as an organizational leader at KAR Auction Services and its affiliated subsidiaries through a transformational time within our industry.
