I am a leader and organizer by nature and have backed that up with training and education. My newest experience at Adena is working with the Adena Health Foundation. At the Foundation I hold the position of Operations and Fiscal Coordinator. I have a multitude of abilities, experience and talents. I am good at multi-tasking and enjoy taking on new challenges. The bulk of my experience over my past 17 1/2 years at Adena Health System has been in the Physician Billing Office. I served as a Biller and as a Vender Liaison in the PBO. As Vender Liaison, I also was given responsibilities of leadership for the self pay team. Customer service has always been a key aspect in every job I have had. I find that good customer service is imperative to working relationships wether it be with customers, vendors or co-workers. I am a self motivated, organized and detail oriented worker. I work well in teams and brainstorming ideas. My volunteer work has brought with it valuable experience such as great fund raising skills. It has also allowed me to use my creative talents to design t-shirts and program pages. I have coached soccer and cheerleading and I have a motivational attitude. My many life experiences have developed me into an employee that has much to offer.
