Experienced Executive Director with a demonstrated history of non-profit leadership specializing in forced migration and the humanitarian sector. Skilled in management, policy analysis, advocacy, community outreach and education, fundraising, strategic planning, program development, and monitoring and evaluation. Collaborative and inclusive professional with outstanding interpersonal skills and a commitment to strengths-based approaches in service of the priorities and needs identified by people and communities. Extensive practical experience acquired through service with global and local organizations, as well as theoretical training as part of academic studies completed to earn a Master of Science focused in Nonprofit Management and Global Leadership from Regis University, and a Bachelor of Arts in Cultural Anthropology with a minor in Latin American Studies from the University of Colorado at Boulder.
