•General Management: Manage day-to-day operations of all buying teams. Responsible for bonus plan, overseeing capital management, reviewing business cases, forecasting and open-to-buy reporting. •Negotiations: Managed all payment service relationships and oversee contract negotiations for payment gateways, merchant acquirers, issuing banks, and other alternative forms of payment (i.e. PayPal, BillMeLater, etc.). Negotiated and signed co-branded credit card agreement with Chase Card Services. •Financial Modeling and Planning: Worked with the CFO in building the internal financial model and related reports, and in preparing the company annual financial forecast. Involved in financial planning meetings with the executive team and board of directors. •Financial Reporting System: Re-designed and implemented the current financial system, including involvement in maintenance, enhancements, testing, upgrades and new development to meet business demands. •Public Offerings: Managed the internal accounting staff and worked with external auditors and company legal representation in completion of the SEC filings for the follow-on public offerings in 2003 and 2004 from which the company raised over $250 million of capital.
