4Life Research is a health & wellness company that markets its general health care, personal care, weight management and animal care products through a network of independent sales agents that span the globe. Now in over 40 countries around the world, 4Life continues to open new offices to better service it's representative networks. I've heard it said that "passion is the oxygen of the soul", and I am passionate about problem solving - taking a situation and challenging the status quo to improve and find more efficient ways to do things. I'm passionate about innovation, technology, strategy, marketing, travel, and just about any adventure that will teach me something new. I crave change that impacts - I mean real change that drives real, lasting results. I am a creative business strategist intrapreneur where I started out during college, co-owning a SaaS business, then my curiosity led me to 5 year’s experience reviewing, simplifying and improving complex business plans in Europe, SEA, and Oceania followed by 3 year’s experience leading HQ teams in digital transformation and change management. My career has been a journey of developing functional strategies that reach business goals and improve profits. I enjoy leading and coaching teams to explore and implement ways to improve products, processes, and experiences. I also have experience in public speaking, coaching, customer experience and consulting. Most recently I finished my MBA at the University of Cambridge where I founded two award winning initiatives, “Cambridge Against Covid’, and the ‘Cambridge Leadership Series’. From this I learned that I often see challenges, that most wouldn’t see, as opportunities and that I’m happiest when my work helps others around me thrive and succeed. Before the MBA I built and led a team of 9 (from six countries), shaping digital marketing, strategy, online training, the customer experience and more. I was the product manager of two mobile apps, an online training platform, the company website and more for more than 25 countries. I launched a series of transformative technology initiatives scaled to 25 countries and 5 languages, including our first mobile sharing app, first learning management system, a new email platform – leading us to an all-time, twenty-year company sales record. I also communicated with, trained, and gathered insight from key customers to better provide and adjust the customer journey and product roadmaps. I love to invent, create, and explore opportunities for innovation and disruption. Opportunities to better a consumer's life, to better my life and the life of my family. I'm hungry to learn, improve and try the unknown. Life is about making a positive impact on people, improving their life in some way. Business allows me to improve what I did yesterday and invent the new for tomorrow. I'm not afraid to do life differently!
