Senior Recruiter, Talent Acquisition specialist As a seasoned HR/Recruitment advisor, my major responsibilities are to look after candidate sourcing, screening, business stakeholder management and advisory (including demand / supply forecasting), talent pooling, and manage relationships with external suppliers and agencies including contract and commercial negotiation. I have also been responsible for the management of international candidate supply and relocation, management of direct reports, and facilitate performance reviews as well as change management. After 10 years working within leading recruitment agencies and more recently global consultancies including PriceWaterHouseCoopers and Accenture, I have been hired by a leading Technology, Media & MarComms Recruitmentfirm, 33Talent group to provide specialised IT&T recruitment services to our partnered clients across Australia.
